Pure Oat Flakes.

How to use

    Method - Traditional (for 3 to 4 Servings)
  • Take one cup (250ml) of Morning Harvest Superfast Oats and two cups of cold water
  • Put in a pot and place on the stove
  • Add salt to taste
  • Bring to the boil, stirring continuously
  • Boil for 1 minute
  • Remove from heat and cover
  • Leave from heat and cover
  • Leave to stand for up to 5 minutes
  • For creamier result, use half milk & half water

    Method - Microwave (for 3 to 4 Servings)
  • Take one cup (250ml) of Morning Harvest Superfast Oats and two cups of cold water
  • Put in a microwavable bowl
  • Add salt to taste
  • Do not cover. Place in microwave
  • Microwave for 4-5 minutes on full power
  • Stir briskly and serve
