Ingredients

  • 1 cup of your favourite fruit (Mango, Peach, )

  • 1 cup Yoghurt (I like unsweetened, but flavored preferences are excellent here)

  • ¼ cup Morning Harvest Superfast Oats

  • ¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 cup Almond Milk

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy.
